winspire accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. winspire may add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. winspire does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently of winspire.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including GCash accounts registered to another person — are prohibited. winspire reserves the right to void and return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account.
Deposits are credited to your winspire wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. winspire is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact winspire support with your transaction reference number.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: winspire is required by law to monitor and report suspicious financial transactions. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to use them for wagering, or structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, may be reported to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities. All winspire accounts are subject to AML monitoring.
Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified winspire account. winspire will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. winspire processes withdrawal requests within an average of 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours while identity documentation is reviewed.
winspire reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that are unusually large, or where the account has exhibited patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and is not intended to obstruct legitimate withdrawals.
Any active bonus funds, or funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement, are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering conditions have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
All bets placed on winspire are final once confirmed. winspire does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
winspire reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the following circumstances:
winspire does not void bets on the basis of player error — for example, if you place a bet on the wrong selection or at odds you did not intend. Please verify your bet slip before confirming any wager.
Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. winspire may impose individual player betting limits at its discretion, including reduced limits for players identified as exhibiting problem gambling patterns.
winspire offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The terms of each individual promotion — including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when a player opts into that promotion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winspire platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any winspire content; reverse engineer any portion of the winspire platform; or use winspire content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from winspire.
winspire provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winspire disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
winspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; inability to access the platform due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party provider failures; or unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain security of your credentials.
winspire's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winspire reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure for reasons other than a Terms violation, winspire will return the verified real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) to the player's registered payment account within a reasonable processing period.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winspire support. Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winspire's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players acknowledge that the platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and that access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of winspire complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
winspire reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winspire will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the winspire platform for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the winspire platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page is the version currently in force. Previous versions are available upon written request to winspire support.
